My perspective on the blog

Blogs provides a communication space that teachers can utilise with students whenever there is a curriculum need to develop writing, share ideas and reflect on work being undertaken in the classroom. I personally think that blog is good way for free associative writing, which let us ( student) be free to write anything. I mean in a good professional way that help us to engage with writing in effective way.

I like to learn about animals for general knowledge. I have found a really good video that explains about the majestic lion narrated by Randall. The narrator has a lot of videos that describes about animals and the good thing is that he does the explanation in a funny way, so that make it entertaining and beneficial in learning.

Tornadoes are very violent and dangrous high speed of wind. The big tornados can distroy buildings, damge trees, and hurl vehicles hundreds of yards. Did you know that Tornadoes can occur at any time of the year. On the picture you will see some tips for safety from such severe weather situations.

Bigest and Best Movies of 2012

I am a big movie watcher and I think that in this year that there were pretty good movies, but we did have a few misfortune movies. Although the year is not over yet, it's going to be ending up with a pretty strong movies such as the Dark Knight Rises, Taken 2, Sky fall, wreck-it Ralph, The Hobbit and more interesting movies. Which isn't to say this year wasn't replete with disappointments to me.

Unemployment Rate Drops

The Unemployment rate drops to 7.7 percent in November. So the recent jobs report of this year in November going to December on the job market is remarkably good and looking out for the better in the United States.

I heard that the labor department reported that, they added 146,000 jobs in November. Also the labor department reports that the hurricane did not genuinely impact the national employment and unemployment estimates for November. Over all I think everything looking out the better and there are more jobs available going into the next year.

keeping fit and healty

Everyone who wants to keep fit and healthy, I got four good tips that can be really helpful. First, sorting out your diet. It is very important to do that, because it keeps you away from gaining any fat from the junk food. For a good diet you should eat salads, vegetables, fruit and lots of chicken, which are high in protein. Also try to eat potatoes, pasta and bananas.







Second, exercising is very important part to keep fit and healthy lifestyle. Keeps your blood flowing which keeps your heart beating. .This helps in reducing the chance of a heart attack in later life.














Third, drinking a lot of water is important, because the human body is made of over 70% water. You should drink at least 1 litre of water a day.

Finally; willpower and motivation, believe in yourself that can do no matter what other people think of you.

A day without technology. I wanted to look at how we as students could go without technology for 24 hours when in this day and age we have become so used to checking our phones and email everyday, using the internet, watching television or listening to music on portable MP3 players or iPod's.

 

 

Can't keep the Guns and the terrorism out

New points of view about the future of Iraq after the devastating war. I was there during the war between the U.S. and Iraq in 2003, and I know exactly how chaos it was over there in the beginning. I left the country since 2008, and I didn't go back to Iraq until last summer. I was there for a visit, and I was surprised for how much of change that happened, how people think different from before, and not so much of explosions. I saw a lot of improvement in my country that I never imaged I would see it. Even on the fact I'm living in the United states, but also I'm very happy to see Iraq rising up again.

Dave and Buster's

        Dave and Buster's is an excellent restaurant and they have good, delicious food with a great friendly service. They have had opened up recently here in Oklahoma City. Furthermore; they have lots of fantastic incredible games that anyone can play. It is like an arcade or playground for adults or family full with different games, they have classic and modern video games. The best part is that whenever you play a game you get tickets after winning, and after collecting as many as you can get of tickets you actually receive a prize. Also they have a lot of different prizes just depending on how many tickets you have.
I went there last weekend for the first time and I absolutely loved that place for how fun and pretty good experience that I had in there. I recommend Dave & Buster's to anyone who wants to have tons of fun with friends or family, because it is such a phenomenal place.

Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holiday. It's traditionally a day for families and friends to get together for a special meal, and be thankful for everything that god blessed you with. where I came from we don't celebrate thanksgiving holiday, but when I moved here to the united states, I started celebrating it, because I liked how everyone is so nice, friendly, and thankful for everything they got. I'm thankful for everything that I have got so far and happy to live here. moreover, the best part after thanksgiving day we have black Friday, where almost everything on sale.

I had pretty good weekend, I'm on the OCCC's soccer team and we have played two games this weekend. The first game, we had to go to Arkansas state to play the other team there. Successfully we have won the game 2-1. The second game was here in Oklahoma city, and also successfully we have won the game 4-1. That makes us number one team in the league. I'm excited for our next game, and it would be the final game before the playoffs. Please wish us luck as you read this post.

A Tragedy

An unfortunate tragedy happened this weekend at the police academy while training a recruit. A Police recruit injured at the training academy in Oklahoma city. The injury was in his head he sustained during self defense training. He was rushed to Mercy hospital and placed in there . but unfortunately  he died Saturday later that day.

Iraq national soccer team had entered the world world cup of  1986 for the first time in the Iraq's soccer career, but they did not make it back than. however I think that the current Iraq's soccer team is the best team ever, we have really great players on the team, and they won the 2007 AFC Asian cup for the fist time ever. further more Iraq national soccer team has entered the world cup of 2014. Unfortunately they lost the very last game that was tuesday september 11 that they played against  japan, but they still have a lot of games left to play with the other teams of their division group, and we'll see happens.
