keeping fit and healty

Everyone who wants to keep fit and healthy, I got four good tips that can be really helpful. First, sorting out your diet. It is very important to do that, because it keeps you away from gaining any fat from the junk food. For a good diet you should eat salads, vegetables, fruit and lots of chicken, which are high in protein. Also try to eat potatoes, pasta and bananas.







Second, exercising is very important part to keep fit and healthy lifestyle. Keeps your blood flowing which keeps your heart beating. .This helps in reducing the chance of a heart attack in later life.














Third, drinking a lot of water is important, because the human body is made of over 70% water. You should drink at least 1 litre of water a day.

Finally; willpower and motivation, believe in yourself that can do no matter what other people think of you.
