Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holiday. It's traditionally a day for families and friends to get together for a special meal, and be thankful for everything that god blessed you with. where I came from we don't celebrate thanksgiving holiday, but when I moved here to the united states, I started celebrating it, because I liked how everyone is so nice, friendly, and thankful for everything they got. I'm thankful for everything that I have got so far and happy to live here. moreover, the best part after thanksgiving day we have black Friday, where almost everything on sale.

I had pretty good weekend, I'm on the OCCC's soccer team and we have played two games this weekend. The first game, we had to go to Arkansas state to play the other team there. Successfully we have won the game 2-1. The second game was here in Oklahoma city, and also successfully we have won the game 4-1. That makes us number one team in the league. I'm excited for our next game, and it would be the final game before the playoffs. Please wish us luck as you read this post.

A Tragedy

An unfortunate tragedy happened this weekend at the police academy while training a recruit. A Police recruit injured at the training academy in Oklahoma city. The injury was in his head he sustained during self defense training. He was rushed to Mercy hospital and placed in there . but unfortunately  he died Saturday later that day.

Iraq national soccer team had entered the world world cup of  1986 for the first time in the Iraq's soccer career, but they did not make it back than. however I think that the current Iraq's soccer team is the best team ever, we have really great players on the team, and they won the 2007 AFC Asian cup for the fist time ever. further more Iraq national soccer team has entered the world cup of 2014. Unfortunately they lost the very last game that was tuesday september 11 that they played against  japan, but they still have a lot of games left to play with the other teams of their division group, and we'll see happens.
